How does working with a buyer's agent work now?

Since August 2024, buyers sign a written agreement with their agent before touring homes. It spells out our services and how we're paid. Compensation is negotiable, and sellers sometimes agree to cover some or all of it. We'll go through it with you before you sign anything.

Can I sell my house as-is?

Yes. You can list it as-is, or ask for a cash offer from Smart Choice Home Buyers, which Bobby and Mark own. We'll show you both numbers so you can decide what's right for you.

Do you work with investors?
